Dear PAR,
Once again, hats off to you, Rob Ciaravino, and the entire PAR Builders staff!
When I first envisioned my home addition project in 2002 I was not ready to take on the task. Although I believe Par could do the job, I placed the project on hold until fall of 2003. Now, I have a beautiful third bedroom that includes a full bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, I added a den/family room! The new rooms have greatly enhanced the look and value of my house. The most satisfying feeling I had from the beginning of the process was that I was "included" in all the decisions. I was given the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with Rob from obtaining the bids until the end. Rob was a pleasure to work with and he displayed and easy-going relationship with each contractor. If any issues arose, they were handled immediately and that put me at ease. Yvonne & Michelle, office Managers, who were always willing to help and answer any of my questions, also demonstrated this attitude of satisfaction.
My sincere thanks are extended to Par Builders and I am looking forward to working with each and every one of you again on my next project - 2nd garage and upstairs office! I'll have the plans sketched out very soon!!!
